Private Chef
A private chef service at home with a carefully personalized menu, tailored to your needs or chosen from our curated selections. We take care of everything—from shopping and preparation to service—leaving your kitchen spotless and orderly.
How work the service
The chef arrives approximately an hour and a half before the event to prepare the dishes and organize the service. No special equipment is required, but the client must provide plates, cutlery, and table linens. Only a clear workspace is needed, and if possible, photos or videos of the kitchen.
Menu Proposal
We have designed a selection of predefined menus with fixed per-person pricing. Our offerings vary according to the season and include appetizers, first courses, main courses, and desserts, honoring the rich culinary tradition of Puglia while accommodating the client’s specific requests.

Cooking Class
We offer private cooking lessons directly at home, perfect for those who want to discover the secrets of traditional Apulian cuisine through an authentic and engaging experience. The lessons are ideal for tourists looking to immerse themselves in the local culture through food, as well as for residents who want to enhance their culinary skills.
The lessons take place in a warm and relaxed environment, where participants learn to prepare traditional Apulian dishes through a practical and interactive approach. This is not just a demonstration, but a hands-on experience where each participant gets their hands in the dough under the guidance of the chef.
At the end of the lesson, all the dishes prepared are served and enjoyed in a convivial lunch or dinner, which can be set up in the dining room or outdoors, depending on preferences and the season. This experience offers a unique opportunity to learn authentic recipes, share special moments with friends and family, and take home new culinary skills to replicate on your own.
How work the service
The chef arrives at the agreed time, bringing all the necessary ingredients and equipment. The lesson is practical and interactive, not a demonstration. The client only needs to provide the kitchen and a large dining table. At the end, the chef takes care of cleaning the kitchen.
